Ladies Who Lead Orchestrates High-Impact Leadership Summits Across Mumbai and Bengaluru to Empower Women Professionals

Ladies Who Lead, founded by Aabha Bakaya and Aditya Ghosh, curated exclusive leadership engagements in Mumbai and Bengaluru for International Women’s Day 2026. Featuring top executives from HSBC, Tata CLiQ Luxury, and Tira, the events focused on the "Give to Gain" theme, providing high-trust environments for mentorship, sustainable dining at Farmlore, and strategic networking for 1,500+ women leaders.

 

In a definitive move to fortify the ecosystem for women in leadership, Ladies Who Lead (LWL), India’s premier leadership and networking platform, curated a series of high-impact engagements across Mumbai and Bengaluru. Designed to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 under the theme "Give to Gain," these invite-only gatherings united a diverse mix of leaders from business, entrepreneurship, and the creative ecosystem. Founded in 2021 by veteran business journalist Aabha Bakaya and business leader Aditya Ghosh, the members-only platform now encompasses over 1,500 women leaders across 50-plus industries, and these latest events were engineered to enable meaningful exchanges, peer learning, and deeper community-building within thoughtfully curated, high-trust environments.

The Mumbai chapter of the series featured an exclusive evening hosted in partnership with HSBC and a jewelry showcase by House of Yarane at Fielia, Mumbai’s inaugural cocktail cinema bar designed by Gauri Khan. This engagement brought together prominent figures including Deepthi Sirvuri, Head of Credit Cards and Retail Lending at HSBC; Almona Bhatia, Chief Strategy Officer at Tata CLiQ Luxury; Gauri Devidayal, Co-Founder of Food Matters; Darshana Shah, Chief Marketing Officer at Aditya Birla Capital; Naiyya Saggi, Founder of BabyChakra and Co-Founder of The Good Glamm Group; and Neha Motwani, Founder and CEO of Luma Fertility. Complementing the social engagements, the Mumbai itinerary included intensive closed-door sessions, such as a mentor session led by Palmonas Co-founders Pallavi Mohadikar and Dr. Amol Patwari, a "Lessons in Excellence" session with Ronnie Screwvala, and a strategic mentor session with Aparna Saxena, Founder and CEO of Antinorm, which focused on the complexities of building and scaling consumer brands.

In Bengaluru, the series continued with curated interactions including an "International Women’s Day Conversation Over Cocktails" featuring Bhakti Modi, Co-founder and CEO of Tira, and Kulsum Shadab Wahab, Founder of Ara Lumiere and Ara Prêt. This was followed by a "From Farm to Table" soirée at Farmlore, a venue globally recognized for its Michelin-level approach to sustainable dining. This setting served as a backdrop for reflection and dialogue among esteemed guests including Savitha Nanjappa, Founder of Success With Savitha; Varna Bhat, Founder and CEO of Blisswater Industries Pvt Ltd; Rashmi Attavar, Joint Managing Director at Indo American Hybrid Seeds (India) Pvt Ltd; Sreepriya N S, Co-founder and Director at Entrust Family Office; Nishita Thakurdas, Founder and Designer at Nishita Design; and Rashmi Somashekar, Partner at BSR & Co (KPMG).
